As an expert in the art of cosmetic and comprehensive reconstructive dentistry, Dr. Cadwell has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. With an engineering background coupled with artistic vision for how much a smile can transform a look and a life, Dr. Cadwell is in an elite class of less than 1% of dentists in the United States with such training. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Outside of the office Dr. Cadwell enjoys life in the desert. Whether it be hiking, biking, riding four wheelers or spending a weekend on the lakes, outdoors is where he enjoys his time most. He is also an avid pilot, father, and husband. Occasionally, you may find him under the hood of one of his muscle cars keeping his busy hands as happy hands.
Dr. Montana Skyler was born in Bremerton, Washington where he excelled in athletics, music, school government, and academics at East High School. He lettered seven times in four sports and was recruited by many schools, selecting the Air Force Academy. While at the Academy he played football, rugby, boxed and skied and was selected to the Superintendents List, Commandants List, and the Deans list. After two years of graduate work in Genetics at Ohio State University he entered the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Skyler completed a 20 year career in the Air Force, having assignments at Scott AFB, Ill (training with the graduate residency program), Ramstein AFB, Germany where he did top secret service, and finally at Mountain Home AFB, ID where he served as assistant and acting base dental surgeon. Dr. Skyler attended long courses in Periodontal Surgery and Oral Surgery and wrote, directed and starred in dental related plays for elementary schools for 10 years running.
After retiring from the Air Force, Dr. Skyler worked in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA with a large dental goup and was selected as partner. Dr. Skyler fell in love with golf and his wife Suzy and moved to Anthem, Arizona for better golf weather to play on weekends with Suzy. Dr. Skyler and Suzy have 6 children and 16 grandchildren between them. Dr. Skyler is starting his fifth year with Sunwest Dental in beautiful Prescott Valley and enjoys providing caring, quality treatment to his wonderful patients.
